Spencer W. Hess, founder and CEO of Industrial Dyring Equipment, LLC, first started in the restoration industry in 1979. In 1989, Spencer helped pioneer the use of modern mobile desiccant dehumidifiers to dry water damaged buildings; in addition, currently holds two patents for new state of the art desiccant technology dehumidifiers with eight more pending.
